Heather is the owner of She Shed Fitness, a WOMEN FIRST gym located in Fenelon Falls.

She Shed Fitness was established to create a welcoming space for women of all fitness levels, of all ages and abilities.

The “Shed” is a place where women feel safe, encouraged, and empowered to reach their individual wellness goals.

Our goal is to support you on your fitness journey. To help you build strength, confidence, and community within a judgement free environment.

Katie Crober

Meet Katie, a dedicated financial advisor who has turned her passion for fitness into an additional career as a personal trainer. Driven by her own experiences with mental health challenges, Katie discovered that exercise was a powerful tool for maintaining her well-being and building resilience. She now channels that realization into helping other women develop confidence, strength, and a sense of empowerment through tailored fitness guidance.

Lisa Newman

With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Lisa is known for her supportive coaching, deep rooted knowledge of movement and diverse range of training options. Lisa will motivate and challenge you in her high-energy classes. We’re so lucky to have Lisa #iykyk! She brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for wellness to every session.

Summer Trotter

Summer comes to us with a background in high-level competitive dance and years of experience instructing classes. Form, body control, and self-preservation have always been top priorities in Summer’s development.
As a busy, dedicated mom of two, she looks forward to her time instructing at the gym. She’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

Ryan Wilbee

If there’s music playing, chances are Ryan’s already dancing. As our Zumba powerhouse and co-owner of the gym, Ryan brings unstoppable energy, killer playlists, and plenty of good vibes to every class. His goal? To make fitness feel like a party…no rhythm required.
