Heather is the owner of She Shed Fitness, a WOMEN FIRST gym located in Fenelon Falls. She Shed Fitness was established to create a welcoming space for women of all fitness levels, a place where women feel safe, encouraged, The ‘SHED’ empowers women to reach their individual wellness goals in a supportive, judgment free environment. A place to build strength and confidence.

Katie Crober

Meet Katie, a dedicated financial advisor who has turned her passion for fitness into an additional career as a personal trainer. Driven by her own experiences with mental health challenges, Katie discovered that exercise was a powerful tool for maintaining her well-being and building resilience. She now channels that realization into helping other women develop confidence, strength, and a sense of empowerment through tailored fitness guidance.

Summer Trotter

Hey, I’m Summer—mom of two, certified personal trainer, and your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey. With a background in competitive dance and teaching, movement has always been a huge part of my life. My mission is to guide you towards becoming the best version of yourself- physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whatever stage of life or fitness level you are in, I am here to support you and empower you every step of the way.

With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Lisa is a passionate and dedicated fitness instructor committed to helping you reach your potential and goals.Known for her supportive coaching, and deep knowledge of movement, Lisa will motivate and challenge you in her high- energy classes bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine love for wellness to every session.
