Cancellation Policy for Personal Training and Fitness Classes
We understand that schedules can change and flexibility is important. However, to ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your session or class. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and manage our schedule effectively. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session will be credited back to your account for future use.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the session or class (or charged 1 credit for packages and memberships). This policy is in place because it is unlikely that we can fill the cancelled spot on such short notice.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session or class without notifying us, this will also be treated as a late cancellation, and you will be charged for the session or class (or charged 1 credit for packages and memberships).
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
- Booking: By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy. This policy helps us provide the best service to all our clients.
